At "de Gouw" you can rent boats with an electrical engine. These boats will move with a speed of 3,75 till 4,35 miles (6 till 7 kilometers) an hour and will not pollute the environment or make any noise. You will just hear the sound of the boat cutting through the water. This way you can enjoy the beautiful nature of the “ Eilandspolder” in a calm and relaxed way. To make your day a complete success we offer the possibility to picnic, on one the specially reserved picnic places, with one of our picnic baskets. We can also supply you with a one day sports fishing license.
